Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you join the email list, create a free Voyce Access account, or send a message through the contact form, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, city/state/country, optional birthday, favorite songs and styles, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. We record basic, anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate time of visit and a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser. This helps us understand which pages and songs people engage with.

Member activity. If you sign in, we record activity inside Voyce Access — songs played, saved items, votes, ratings, comments and points earned — so the membership features work and so Voyce can see which unreleased records connect.

To operate the site and your membership, deliver members-only music and video, respond to booking, press and general inquiries, send updates you have opted into, understand site performance, and protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

The site uses browser storage and cookies for essential functions (keeping you signed in, remembering your preferences) and for anonymous usage measurement.

Third-party advertising partners, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may stop working if you do.

Emails are used only for Voyce Butler updates — new releases, members-only drops, shows and events. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, and signed-in members can change notification preferences at any time on the My Account page.

We share information only with service providers that help run the site — hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, and analytics/advertising partners — and when required by law.

We keep account and mailing-list data for as long as your account or subscription is active. Member audio is delivered through short-lived private links and is not offered for public download unless Voyce specifically enables it for a track. No online delivery can be made completely copy-proof; anything that can be heard can ultimately be recorded.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing peterbutler41@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — which we do not do.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
